Data Switch Manual RJ45

These manual data switches feature a Break-Before-Make rotary knob selector, and female RJ45 connectors in 1:2 or 1:4 configuration.

Break-Before-Make (BBM) prevents short-circuits during the switching process by fully disconnecting each connector before making a new connection. These switches are direction-independent and can function in one-in-many-out or many-in-one-out configurations.

All connectors are female RJ45 jacks with all 8 wires connected and the terminals are pinned straight-through.

NOTE: that this product is not Category-rated; it has been known to work with 10-Base-T (10 Mbps) Ethernet, but is very unlikely to work with 100-Base-TX (100 Mbps) networks, and is not guaranteed to work with high-speed network signals at all.
