Ethernet Cat5E Crossover Cable

The DataPro 1556 series cable is a Category-5e rated 100 MHz network crossover cable and is compliant with Cat5e speeds on 1000BASE-T / Gigabit Ethernet.

The wiring between the two RJ45 male (plug) connectors has crossed data channels, allowing two computers to directly interface each other without an intermediary hub or switch.

All connectors are wired EIA/TIA 568-B crossover (direct-connect) unless otherwise specified by customer.

We also have standard straight-through Ethernet cables available.

Our stock crossover cables are YELLOW in color to distinguish them from regular straight-through Ethernet cables which are usually blue, white, or gray.

The distance limitation for this cable is approximately 100 feet.
