The DataPro 1851 series is a reverse-polarity SMA antenna cable that features one RP-SMA male connector one end and an RP-SMA female connector on the other end. This coaxial cable is used as an extension for SMA reverse-polarity wireless antennas.
PCI wireless cards typically employ SMA reverse-polarity connections for their antennas, allowing the antenna to be positioned remotely using this cable.
This cable is made with RG-58 coaxial
wire, which has a nominal impedance of 50 Ohms.
